These terms and conditions apply to all purchase and sales agreements between Quasar and its customers via www.quasarwheels.com and all its subdomains.
No agreement can be established without your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By placing an order in the Quasar Wheels online shop, the customer declares their agreement with the terms and conditions.

Quasar cannot guarantee that the content of the site is always free from inaccuracies and typographical errors. We also cannot guarantee that all information is up to date. Quasar reserves the right to modify the content of the site at any time.

The colors on your screen may differ from those of the original product. This depends, among other things, on your computer settings. We do our best to display the correct colors in our online shop.

This warranty is only valid in countries where the product was purchased, as Quasar intended for the product to be sold in that country.
This warranty is in addition to and not limited by the legal provisions of the country where the product was sold.
The warranty period is not extended, renewed, or otherwise affected by subsequent resale, repair, or replacement of the product, to the extent permitted by legal provisions.

I. Payment

All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT but exclude shipping costs.
We accept payments via iDEAL, Belfius, KBC/CBC, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, Bancontact, and PayPal.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email.
Payments are processed by Mollie.

II. Delivery

Items are delivered by PostNL and/or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
The delivery time starts once Quasar Wheels has received the customer’s payment.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
We are open from Monday to Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

III. Return Policy

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.
Any item you wish to return must be reported and shipped in accordance with the return procedure; otherwise, the refund may be refused or delayed.
Any item you wish to return must be delivered to Quasar within seven days of requesting the return of the respective item(s).
The respective item(s) must be returned to Quasar in perfect condition.
Returned items will only be accepted if all labels and emblems are intact and attached.
Quasar does not accept items with missing labels and/or emblems.
After the 30-day period, Quasar assumes that the customer is satisfied with the order.
We recommend providing Quasar with a tracking number for your return shipment.
Quasar is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.
All deliveries are subject to availability.

Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and specification, subject to availability (or otherwise as mutually agreed). Refunds for defective items will be issued within 30 days of delivery.
Customers who wish to file a complaint must always first contact Quasar.
Items purchased in the Quasar online shop cannot be exchanged or returned at Quasar-selected dealers, except for our tech center CC5311 in Zaltbommel.

IV. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Quasar has the right to dissolve the agreement between Quasar and the customer. Force majeure refers to a serious obstruction at Quasar or transport interruptions.

V. Intellectual Property

This website and all subdomains are the intellectual property of Cycle Center 53-11 BV. Nothing may be copied or used without permission from Cycle Center 53-11 BV.

VI. Privacy

Personal data is stored and handled with care; it will not be shared with third parties.
